BurgerTile is an iOS restaurant game developed by İsmail Arslan. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, use Game Center, make an in-app purchase, choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, or contact us.

Playing the game and local storage

You do not need to create a BurgerTile account. We do not operate a separate player-account or cloud-save server.

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. This includes your current day, coins, ingredients, upgrades, tool uses, story progress, achievement progress, language, sound and haptic settings, and records that prevent an already granted reward or purchase from being granted twice. These records support the game and are not uploaded to a developer-operated gameplay database. iOS backups may include app data according to your device and backup settings.

BurgerTile does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location to play the game. The app does not include a separate developer-operated analytics service.

Optional iCloud saves

You can enable cloud saves in Settings → Cloud save. BurgerTile then uses Apple's GameKit saved-game service to store your committed game progress in your iCloud account. This includes the day checkpoint, coins, ingredients, upgrades, tool uses, story and achievement progress, and delivery records and transaction identifiers used to prevent duplicate rewards or purchases. Your language, audio, haptic and review-prompt settings remain local to each device.

This feature requires Game Center sign-in and iCloud Drive. Saved games are associated with your iCloud account; Game Center achievements alone do not back up your inventory. The app also retains local saves and can be played offline. Synchronization depends on connectivity, account availability and iCloud storage. Different progress from multiple devices may require you to choose a save; coin balances are not added together. Cloud save is optional and is not used for advertising. We do not operate a gameplay server or receive your Apple Account password. Apple processes iCloud data under its iCloud privacy information.

Optional rewarded advertisements

BurgerTile uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Rewarded advertisements are displayed when you choose an advertised reward and confirm that you want to watch the ad. Watching ads is optional; the reward is granted after the advertising service confirms that you have earned it.

After the applicable privacy choices are processed, the advertising SDK may initialize and preload an ad before you choose to watch it, so that it is ready when requested.

Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. The information can support ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention; personalization depends on the applicable permissions and settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Where required, a privacy message lets you make advertising choices before ads are requested. When an advertising privacy-options entry is required, you can reopen it from BurgerTile's settings and change your choices. Withdrawing a choice affects future processing; it does not automatically delete records already held by the provider.

Tracking permission on iOS

If the configured advertising flow requests App Tracking Transparency permission, iOS lets you allow or refuse tracking. The app does not require permission to track in order to play. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Refusing tracking does not mean that advertising services process no data; they may still use data permitted for contextual ads, measurement, security and other disclosed purposes.

Game Center

When you sign in to Apple's Game Center, BurgerTile uses Game Center to report achievement progress. Apple processes Game Center account and activity data. Game Center can expose a player identifier, nickname and avatar to the app; BurgerTile does not send them to a developer-operated player database or use them for advertising. The game does not request your Game Center friends list. See Game Center & Privacy.

You can manage Game Center in iOS Settings. Signing out does not remove achievement records already held by Apple.

In-app purchases

Optional coin and tool packages are purchased through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles payment and purchase records; BurgerTile does not receive your card number or Apple Account password. The app uses verified transaction information, such as the product and transaction identifiers, to deliver a purchased package and prevent duplicate delivery. Relevant delivery records are stored on your device and are included in your game backup if you enable iCloud saves. See App Store & Privacy.

These packages are consumable game items. With cloud saves enabled, unspent items can be recovered as part of the last game save successfully synced to the same accounts. This is not a restoration of consumed purchases from App Store purchase history. Without a current synchronized backup, deleting local data or changing devices may lose progress and unspent items. Apple manages billing, purchase history and refund requests.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your request. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or other information that is unnecessary for support.

Storage, deletion and your choices

You can remove local app data by deleting BurgerTile from your device. Offloading an app is different from deleting it and can keep its data. Apple explains the difference. A device backup may restore previously saved data. Removing the app does not delete Apple's purchase or Game Center records, or Google's advertising records; those services have their own retention and deletion controls.

Turning off cloud syncing or deleting the app does not delete an existing iCloud save. You can use Settings → Cloud save → Delete iCloud backup to remove this game's saved copies from the current accounts and turn off syncing on this device; your local game remains. Other devices with syncing enabled may create a new backup. You can also manage iCloud through Apple's account and storage settings.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with a data-protection authority. See the European Commission’s information on data-protection rights for rights that apply in the EU. Contact us about information under our control. For information managed directly by Apple or Google, use the relevant provider's privacy controls or contact the provider.

Apple and Google may process information in other countries under their own privacy policies. This policy describes BurgerTile's app practices; websites you open from the app have their own privacy and cookie notices.

Younger players

BurgerTile is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not designed for children under 13. The app does not ask you to provide a date of birth, and the target audience does not establish an individual player's age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the information under our control and help you find the relevant provider's controls.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new update date.
